Vaginal Spray: feminist tales for women and men

Tickets: http://ticketing.sydneyfringe.com/fringe/index.html?event%2Flittle_fictions%2F77a50c5e-60f1-4b42-afc5-853640c8bf28%2F

If you find ads for intimate feminine products offensive, you’ll love this show. We have smelly women, hairy women and women who write love-notes to their vibrators. There is a guy struggling to understand his girlfriend’s head-shaving grief over the death of poet, Dorothy Porter. And a terminally-ill nun shocks her elderly companion by searching the male escort ads. We take a fresh look at Mona Lisa and a long hard look at paedophile priests.

Returning due to popular demand, and featured as part of the Sydney Fringe Festival program, Little Fictions’ ‘Vaginal Spray’ brings you stories of women who break away, who stand their ground and who stand by each other.
‘Vaginal Spray’ stories from across the nation – including Miles Franklin finalist, AS Patric, award-winning author, Carmel Bird Canberra-based Felicity Volk, Melbourne author Alana Kelsall, South Coast writer, Susan McCreery and experimental Sydney writers, Julie Chevalier and Emma Rose Smith.
Join our special guest MC, Hungry Beast and 7.30 Report’s Walkley Award-winning journalist and documentary filmmaker, Monique Schafter plus Sydney actors Eleni Schumacher, Lauren Hamilton Neill and Adam Norris for a great night’s entertainment in one of Chippendale’s grooviest watering holes.
